eDASV-9100

eDASV-9100 is a universal control system for multi-axis durability testing, developed entirely with DAAL SYSTEM’s proprietary technology.
This system consists of:
- A digital controller housed in a 19-inch rack with integrated control software
- A host computer running the user interface program VersaTest Pro
- A UPS for stable power supply

High-speed Ethernet communication between the controller and host enables real-time processing of large data volumes. The system supports multi-axis control of various actuators (hydraulic, pneumatic, electric), independent multi-workgroup operations, and flexible test environment configuration and management. Built on years of R&D expertise, the eDASV-9100 maximizes user convenience and system stability — earning recognition for its performance across diverse industries.

Digital Servo Controller

The eDASV-9100 Digital Controller serves as the core hardware interface, directly controlling test equipment based on input from VersaTest Pro and transmitting output data back to the software in real time.

Equipped with a high-speed Digital Signal Processor (DSP), the controller executes all control algorithms across channels within 1–2 μsec. Housed in a 19-inch 4U or 7U industrial-grade rack, it integrates all necessary digital and analog I/O components, minimizing installation space, noise, and failure risk. The embedded control software manages the entire system and signal observation, supporting multi-axis and independent multi-workgroup testing. Host computer commands are executed with precision and flexibility.

To enhance user adaptability, all I/O channels and workgroups can be dynamically assigned. The built-in virtual hydraulic model enables simulation of realistic operating conditions, allowing users to preview system responses and reduce operational errors.
